Returns and refunds: how to make a request

To request a refund or return, you have the option to do so online or in person within 30 days of your purchase. You can submit your request by clicking here or visit our store in person.

Refunds and returns on the Walufuno Enterprise website are governed by the following conditions:

– Returns and refunds allowed within 30 days of delivery
– Returns older than 30 days must be done in-store
– To be eligible for a return, item must be in original packaging and condition
– Item must be inspected by Walufuno Enterprise or its suppliers
– Item must be used as per manufacturer instructions
– Returns accepted for items received incorrectly or incomplete
– Collection fee may be charged or item can be returned to nearest store
– Products will only be collected from original delivery address

Prior to processing a refund, Walufuno Enterprise may inspect the product or send it to its supplier for testing. Walufuno Enterprise is not responsible for any faults or damages caused by:

Walufuno Enterprise and their delivery service partners will reach out to you to coordinate the collection of the product from the specified address. Your personal information will be shared with the delivery service provider by Walufuno Enterprise.

Before issuing a refund, Walufuno Enterprise may examine the product or send it to their supplier for testing. Walufuno Enterprise is not liable for any defects or damages incurred.

– Damage can occur from everyday use, misuse, neglect, or improper use of a product
– Failure to follow manufacturer’s guidelines can also void warranty
– Lightning or power surges can cause harm to products
– Customized items can only be returned if there is a substantial defect
– Certain products like custom-cut or special-ordered items cannot be refunded or exchanged
– Prepaid electricity and airtime purchases are non-refundable by Walufuno Enterprise

The refund and returns policy of Walufuno Enterprise will result in a credit being issued to the original payment method used for the order, such as a credit card, EFT, or trade account.

What is the expected arrival time for your refund?

EFT refunds will be verified and credited to your account within seven business days.

– Refunds from Walufuno Enterprise may be reduced for delivery costs already incurred and restocking fees for special orders
– Refunds will be processed according to Walufuno Enterprise’s terms and conditions
– An extra delivery fee may be charged for product collection in the case of a return
