These guys really are leaders in the online field, I placed an order yesterday and this morning two items on my wishlist were restocked - I phoned in to ask if they could be added to my previous order and Vincent sorted it out immediately. He also explained that they are experiencing a few issues with their stock and availability due to the surge of orders but will send items as soon as they are available at no extra cost (even if it means that some items will arrive sooner than others) Just so nice to deal with a company that understands customer service. Very excited to receive my products!

I ordered 2 mugs earlier this month as an anniversary gift to be delivered and upon opening the ear on one mug was shattered . I phoned the next day and was told it will be replaced by the 20th and as promised it was received today in perfect order . Thank you for the great service

I first heard of Grey Stone Trading when I wanted to buy myself a Kitchen Aid mixer in memory of my mother who taught be to bake. This was back when it was all online shopping only. I’m a kitchen geek so it was exciting to piggy back on an order placed by my niece, who bought the blender. It was so effortless. I think of that delivery and my mother every time I bake.
